I have been staying at this Mercure for a few years now, every time when I am in SP. The entire staff of the hotel and restaurant are exceptional, but my favorites are Andre from Bahia and Thialgo at the reception desk. They go out of their way to fullfill all guests needs. The rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfortable and the little balcony priceless

Very good breakfast options and friendly staff. At the reception they talk English very well. The beds and bathroom are very nice and sufficient size for moving around. The location is great, very good restaurants close by and nice shopping location.

The hotel is very good - is not so luxurious as one would expect from a five stars hotel - but is very clean, the facilities are pretty good, the staff is cordial and attentive and the overall experience is positive.

Very good location in the heart of Itaim, close to Ibirapuera and to many excellent restaurants and bars. very comfortable bed, good shower. excellent breakfast. Nice sports room and outside pool in the rooftop.
